Proud Fitness Training (PFT) represents functional fitness community which serves and prepares individuals to accelerate in all aspects of life.
Our workouts are constantly varied and are composed of weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructual movements at high intensity!

FUNDAMENTALS PROGRAM:
Our intro program designed to teach proper technique & safety for all movements in our workouts. This is a mandatory 8 week program completed upon joining to prepare you for our workout programming. The foundational period sets the stage and will give you the confidence you need!
