Proud Fitness Training (PFT) represents a fitness community which serves and prepares individuals to accelerate in all aspects of life by gathering through functional fitness. 

Our workouts are constantly varied and are composed of weightlifting, gymnastics and monostructual movements at high intensity!

It's inevitable that you'll become a product of your environment...So be around those who want to train at the highest level!

We train hard because anything worth having isn't easy!

We're simply using training as the tool to help individuals become the best version of themselves! We look forward to making you sweat!

FUNCTIONAL FITNESS GROUP CLASSES

Functional Fitness Group Classes:

 

One hour classes with various movements of weight lifting, gymnastics and mono-structural movements such as biking and rowing. This fun and supportive atmosphere makes every second of this high intensity program exciting!

PERSONAL TRAINING W/ NUTRITION SERVICES

Personal Training & Nutrition Coaching:

 

Personal Training: 30 min & one hour training sessions for those seeking a  1-on-1 training experience with our staff tailored towards one's goals.

 

Nutriton Coaching: In-depth nutrition guidance to create the foundation of one's wellness and fitness levels! View our "elite" and "standard" options!

When our doors are closed, you may rent our facility for large parties, photo shoots or any large gatherings you may need a space for. To rent out our facility, please sign up!

FUNDAMENTALS

FUNDAMENTALS  PROGRAM:

 

Our intro program designed to teach proper technique & safety for all movements in our workouts. This is a mandatory 8 week program completed upon joining to prepare you for our workout programming. The foundational period sets the stage and will give you the confidence you need!

Siblings: One younger sister is 25 years old and a younger brother who is 18.

Travel one place in the world: New Zealand, I would love to hike the mountains and see the country

Fav Adult beverage: I don't drink, fun fact

Hobbies: I loveto workout, I play and watch multiple sports as often as possible and love to learn about my craft through YouTube videos and reading.

Fav Music & Artists: I'm diverse in the type of music I enjoy, I mostly listen to country music, my favorite artist is Cody Johnson, post Malone is a close 2nd.

Sports teams: Have always been a Texas Rangers and Pittsburgh steelers fan

Sports played growing up: Highest level of sport: I played football, baseball l, and I powerlifted growing up. I played at the high school varsity level in all 3 of these sports.
